Great graphics&style (the animation is very good too) , but the storyline needs something more... I dont know what realy but you should work a little bit more on it.

And GET A PRELOADER ! ^^ NG's preloader is very nice, try to download it.

ive seen, and heard, that ng's preloader is good, however, i usually dont use preloaders in short flash's.

Grass: with photoshop
3D: swift 3D for the aliens and maya for that helicopter

You should work a bit more on backgrounds (sky for exemple), but the overall graphic is very good..
